Built up Metal Letters - Standard
finish
Built up metal letters provide a very effective 3D visual.
They make a statement alongside letters types such as Flat
cut letters.
Faces are cut using laser technology
with soldered returns. This particular type of finish is
well suited for very large or logo projects
where the sign is mounted anywhere from above eye level
to the top of the highest structure. these can be manufactured
from
as small
as 100mm high with a 15mm return in a range of material
variations
Built up Metal Letters - Premium finish
Built up metal letters provide a very effective 3D visual.
They make a statement alongside letters types such as
Flat cut letters.
Faces are fully finished with soldered
returns. Where the face meets the return the resulting
edge is filled and then highly polished
leaving a continuous
soldered seam. Ideally suited to a reception area. These
can be manufactured from as small as 50mm high with
a
6mm return in a range of material variations

Built Up Acrylic Letters

visual presence. Router or laser cut Gluing process is
used where the face
meets the return. Manufactured from
s small as 150mm high with a 15mm return in a variety of
colours and variations.

Easy Installation -
each module is connected to the next with extra wire which
allows them to be very flexible, this allows the
modules
to be placed in various positions to allow the best possible
illumination. Each module also has fixing points located
at
either end to allow mechanical(screws/rivets) fixing.
Weather proof - All
modules are IP67 rated, the wire between the modules has
a soft silica gel coating which will not become
brittle
in extreme temperatures(-45c to 300c),both systems use
the same IP67 rated power supplies. Impact and UV resistant.
Flexibility - the 12v
allows for longer lengths of modules with fewer connectors.
Developed to give a uniform illumination using
the least amount of LEDs possible making it a cost effective alternative to
neon or fluorescent tubes.
Saving all round -
extremely energy efficient allowing for substantial saving - energy
consumption or around 4w to 7.5w per
metre compared with
a minimum of 20w per metre for neon. 80% more efficient than
neon.
